This is another trend following system which produced the best results in our package. The net profit was 1857% with drawdown of -30% as compared to 708% and drawdown of -56% in buy and hold in SPY. The secret sauce in this strategy is in the position sizing and selection criteria of the stocks which we discuss thoroughly. We have discussed every single minor nuance including delisted security problem that most people refuse to discuss in their strategy so we get the most accurate results. We also investigate further the authenticity of this strategy by doing a Monte Carlo simulation which showed amazing results as well.
